We read the probate dockets for our seven supported counties, then confirm each estate against the county auditor’s property records. The court file is the source; the auditor is the check. No skip tracing: contact details appear only as filed.

Weekly, without fail
New cases are filed every day. We compile and verify them weekly and deliver one consolidated file on Monday morning. We have not missed a delivery since launch.
